Quick and Easy Tuna Mousse

Quick & Easy Tuna Mouse
160g can tuna (drained)
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2pt milk
120g cheddar (grated)
3 tbs mayonaise
1 small stick of celery chopped
Salt & Pepper
Optional: Replace celery with handful of chopped peppers - you can also make this dish vegetarian by replacing tuna with more vegetables.
Preheat oven Gas 3 Electric 160
Mash tuna in a mixing bowl with a fork. Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly together. Place into a buttered dish or individual ramekins (4-6) sprinkle with a little more cheese.
Optional: Replace celery with a handful of chopped peppers - you can also make this dish vegetarian by replacing tuna with more vegetables or melba toast.
Optional: Once cooled you can layout slices of smoked salmon and turn mouse out of ramakins, wrap salmon around mousse and turn so that seams cannot be seen before serving.
